Panthers Reveal New Injuries Designation For Christian McCaffrey

Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey came up on the injury report Thursday with ankle stiffness. That led to a lot of speculation over his status for Week 3.

Luckily for the Panthers, McCaffrey will be a full-go for this Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints.

On Friday, the Panthers placed no injury indication next to McCaffrey's name. That's a clear sign that he's ready for action.

The Panthers will need to count on McCaffrey this weekend if they hope to record their first win of the season.

Of course, fans will always be worried about McCaffrey owing to his injury history. That being said, he joked about it previously this week.

"I feel so good," he stated after practice, via Panthers.com. "I imagine at this point, if I were to take a leak during practice, I'd end up on the report."

McCaffrey starts Week 3 with 135 rushing yards, 50 receiving yards and one touchdown.
